Trist, extrem de trist cântectul ăsta. E un fel de With or Without You, U2. Nu linia melodică, doar ideea. Isn’t it?

E trist. Dar fericiţi sunt cei ce plâng, căci ei vor fi mângâiaţi. „Can you” are două sensuri, dacă se adresează Lui: „Vrei, te rog?” şi „Poţi oare?”. Şi sunt câte două versuri, deci pot fi două sensuri diferite. Unul mai trist decât celălalt.

Când ai scris astea, m-am gândit instantaneu la „plângeţi cu cei ce plâng”. Măcar de s-ar putea împărţi (nu doar împărtăşi) tristeţea între co-autorii ei (şi cei reali şi înfiaţii)! Nu ştiu în ce măsură e divizibilă, poate e o chestiune şi subiectivă care depinde şi de ea şi de alţi factori.
